What is the method for good preparation for the GATE exam?

HERE is the Very Straightforward Theory for preparation of GATE .

1.       You should have the syllabus of GATE.

2.      Categorise all the subject in two groups namely Easy & Tough.

3.      Start your Preparation from the Easy Subject as it will boost your morale.

4.      For Every subjects follow below steps.

·         Read/Study the theory/concepts & make short notes

·         Practice some solved questions

·         Practice Unsolved Questions

·         Practice GATE Previous Years Questions

·         Analyse yourself your preparation level

·         Give 2 or 3 Online tests of that Subject

·         Again analyse & rectify your week points

·         Now your Subject is Prepared

·         Revise Notes of that completed subject Once a week ( 2 hrs)

5. Move on to the Next tough subject & follow steps given in 4th point.

6. In this way, you can finish subjects according to syllabus.

7. Before 2 or 3 months before GATE exam, start giving Online full Length (100 marks) tests.

8.Try to finish Syllabus atleast 1 month(December last) before the GATE exam.

9. Again analyse your weeknesses/ faults and rectify them.

10. You must get under 100 rank or percetile above 98.5 in Online test series as it will further boost your confident .

11. Regular Revision of Notes is the Key.
