#JUSTICE FOR ASIFA ...A breif of asifa case

                                                           

  Ashipha an 8-year  infant was kidnapped while grazing horses near kathua village in Kashmir on January10  and taken to temple at where she was drugged and raped repeatedly by several men.Ashipha father lodged a missing complaint in the police station and her lifeless body was found a kilometer away from her village on 17 January after an outspread outrage in the state.

                           The police arrested  8 accused including 2 police officers and were taken to court where a protest was organized by 2 BJP MLA's and lawyers in supporting the 8 individuals by Hindu Yekata Manch holding the national flag rushing to the defense of accused.

                            The rape and murder drew widespread condemnation across the country and even from UNO  demanding for the justice, while the BJP people are making disgusting comments especially on religion, the lawyer dealing the case Mrs. Asifa Bano getting threatening calls and was blackmailed to death.

                            Police found the REASON  for the girl's incident, and it was an attempt to vacate the  Bakarwal community(Minor Muslim community )  living in the Hindu dominated kathua district.

                                “If there is humanity in this country, this case has to be seen with such eyes. It’s not just me that has lost a daughter. Hindustan ki beti bhi thi woh,” said the father of the 8-year-old Asifa.We hope that our mothers and sisters will be safe in this country, and justice will prevail.
