LLR MELA is scheduled on 6 -FEBRUARY in NBKRIST.
Officials from Road Transport Authority (RTA) have started a 'Learner's License Mela' to issue driving license to individuals who have completed 18 years of age.
The RTA has asked people to visit them carrying the below documents.
xeroxcopies of documents like
1.Aadhaar card
2.college id
3.10 class marks list
4.passportsize photo
5. Rs 250(2wheeler) , Rs450 (2and 4 wheeler) Once the LLR slot booking is confirmed, the person has to undergo computer based road signs test and in case the person is able to clear it, the LLR will be issued immediately.

Below are the prerequisites to avail LLR:
- Applicant must have a valid Aadhaar.
- To apply for Motor Cycle Without Gear (MCWG) class of vehicle, the applicant must be at least 16 years of age or above.
- To apply for Non-Transport category class of vehicle, the applicant should be 18 years of age or above.
- If the applicant is above 50 years of age, he/she should upload duly filled Form 1A (Medical Certificate).
- Applicant has to pay fee to avail any LLR service.
- Applicant appearing first time for LLR, must attend computer LLR test.
- If the applicant is differently abled, he/she can only apply for Invalid Carriage class of vehicle and has to upload Driving Ability Certificate and Disability ID Card/Certificate.
- The applicant must be well aware of traffic rules and regulations.
- The applicant must have valid address proof document to upload.
